Briefing Paper on the “EU Clean Energy for All Europeans” package for the use of EU’s Southern Neighbour Countries

Following the launch of EU’s Clean Energy for All Europeans  (CE4ALL) package, the European Commission and the CMI (Centre for Mediterranean Integration, based in Marseille-France) have developed together, with the support of the Fraunhofer Institute, a paper that aims at better informing EU’s Southern Neighbour countries about the potential implications and opportunities of the CE4ALL Package, in the perspective of a possible Euro-Mediterranean energy systems’ (and long-term market) integration.
