The Mediterranean Week of Economic Leaders, Barcelona – ONE SEA, THREE CONTINENTS SHARING COMMON GOALS
The Mediterranean Week of Economic Leaders is an iconic economic Mediterranean event dedicated to bridging the way between key economic sectors, businesses, governments and main leaders on a regional and global level. The event serves as a reference point for voicing the interests of the private sector in the entrepreneurial-economic development of the region.
Since its debut in 2006, the MedaWeek Barcelona has been jointly-organized by the Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASCAME), the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation, the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund), International Promotion Plan Programme of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce as well as with the collaboration of prominent Euro-Mediterranean organizations. It welcomes all private and public stakeholders of the Mediterranean and the world to benefit from doing business with the Mediterranean region and our neighbouring partners.
On the occasion of the New edition of the Mediterranean economic MedaTalk within the framework of the MedaWeek Barcelona 2018, on 23 November, OME and the UfM Gas Platform Secretariat co-organize with Ascame a session on The Future of Natural Gas Supply and Demand in the Mediterranean. This meeting will be an occasion to hear leaders views on the key challenges to share common goals.
