Energy Transition Committee meeting
On 24 November 2020, the OME organised its Energy Transition, Sustainability & Climate Change Committee via video conference. Main points of the agenda included: i) RE socio-economic impact study-presentation of preliminary results/key messages and the way forward; ii) members’ updates and discussion (RE installed capacity and recent developments in terms of new laws, RE support schemes, etc., power expansion plans and projects, grid infrastructure plans and electric mobility), and updates on on-going activities (MEP2020, COMPASsCO2 Horizon 2020 project, etc.).
